All of our lamps are covered by a ‘no quibble’ returns policy.

The length of warranty depends on the type of lamp purchased;

Original - 180 day warranty

VIVID - 180 day warranty

Compatible – 120 day warranty

Returns

All returns will require an RMA number (Returns Authorisation Number). Contact us directly quoting your order number and the reasons why you wish to return the item.
