Here at LampTek, we take pride in how efficient and quick our shipping services are. 

Our cut-off for shipping is at 5pm from Monday-Friday. Our products are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 24, which means you can track your order 24/7, with all of the most important and necessary information in one place! You will receive your order via Next Day Delivery/next working day (unless stated otherwise) and you can track your order every step of the way. If you place an order on a Friday, please expect it to arrive on the Monday as this is the next working day (unless you have purchased Saturday delivery).

All shipments are sent plain labelled- please do not write on the box if you wish to return the item.

Returning your order:

As mentioned above, if you wish to return your item, do not write on the box and please ensure it comes back to us in its original packaging.
