Warranty, Returns & Refunds


All of our lamps are covered by a ‘no quibble’ returns policy. This means that you have some leeway if you wish to return your lamps. Our projector lamps have a warranty period, which will help you determine whether or not your lamp is eligible to be sent back. The length of the warranties are as follows:

  • Original- 90-day warranty
  • VIVID - 2 Year warranty* 
  • Compatible – 120-day warranty

 *Please note: VIVID lamps can only be replaced a maximum of 3 times in its 2 year warranty period.

Returns & Refunds

All returns will require an RMA number (Returns Authorisation Number). Contact us directly quoting your order number and the reasons why you wish to return the item.

If you wish to return your lamp because it is faulty, the item must be in its original, un-marked packaging- if the box arrives and we find that it is marked with writing, you will be charged a stocking fee. We aim to process your refund for this item within 1 working day. Please contact us if you have any questions.

If your item is not what you wanted/expected or you do not need it anymore, the same rules apply as above.
